What Growreer keeps, why, and what you can do about it, in plain words.

Your account and learning

Account: your email and name. If you choose to add them: photo, headline, company, city, a short bio, LinkedIn link and the name to print on certificates. Which emails you want from us.
Sign-in: with a code sent to your email, or with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn if you choose one (that service then tells us your name, email and photo, nothing more). If you set a password, it is stored only in encrypted form; we can't read it.
Learning: which courses you've joined, which lessons you've finished and which tasks you've done.
Certificates: number, your name, the course and the date. Anyone can check these, for example an employer.
Reviews: your rating and words. When published, only the first part of your name is shown with it.

Orders: what you bought, the price, any coupon or referral link used, and the transaction ID you give us so we can match the payment. We never see or ask for bKash/Nagad PINs or card numbers.
Referrals and affiliates: your code, how many times your link was clicked, and which purchases earned you a reward.
Job applications: name, contact details, what you wrote and your CV. Only the Growreer team sees them; CVs are kept in a private folder.
Corporate training requests: name, company, job title, work email, phone and your message. Used only to send a proposal and keep in touch; only the Growreer team sees them.
Live chat: your messages, the page you wrote from, and your phone or email if you give it. Only to answer you.

Sign-in cookies: remember that you're signed in.
gr_did: a random ID so chat replies find their way back to your browser and Grow AI's daily limit can be counted. It holds no name or identity.
gr_ref: if you arrive through someone's referral link, it remembers the code for a while (usually 30 days) so your discount and their reward work.
We don't store your network (IP) address. To prevent abuse we keep only a one-way keyed hash of it, which can't be turned back into the address.

To improve the site we count which pages are viewed and a few key actions, such as viewing a course, adding to cart and starting checkout. We use PostHog for this (servers in the EU).
Your browser holds a random ID. When you're signed in, only your account ID is sent, never your email or name. We don't record screens, and IP addresses are discarded.
You can switch this off in Account → Privacy & data. It stays off automatically if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
When something breaks, technical details (what went wrong, on which page, in which browser) go to Sentry (servers in the EU) so we can fix it. No IP address, cookies or anything you typed into forms.

Your theme and language, your cart, saved courses, and your choice to switch usage statistics off.
Your Grow AI conversation and what you told it about your business.
Your best quiz scores.
None of this reaches our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Your question is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to an AI model (currently Google's Gemini) to write the answer.
For this model, Vercel AI Gateway states that the provider does not train its models on this data.
We keep Grow AI's spend only as a number: how much the answers cost each day. We don't keep your questions or the answers.
Don't share personal or secret details (passwords, OTPs, card or bKash PINs, national ID numbers).

The Growreer team, only for their work: answering chats, matching payments, helping you learn and reviewing job applications. Important changes the team makes are logged.
Our service providers, only to run the service: Vercel (website), Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (sending email), Mux (lesson video), PostHog (usage statistics), Sentry (error reports) and Google (Grow AI's model, and Google sign-in if you choose it), Meta and LinkedIn (if you choose to sign in with them).
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

In Account → Privacy & data you can download a copy of all your data, switch usage statistics off, and delete your account. After deletion, order records stay for accounting law, but without your name or identity.
You can correct your details at any time in Account → Profile.
